ZCU    EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY The Zambia Cadres United formerly Party Cadres is an  elections violence approved body.  The unit being an equal opportunity employer is inviting suitably qualified candidates with desirable competencies to apply for the post of SUPPORT COODINATOR – LUSAKA PROVINCE to be filled immediately in readiness for the 2011 general elections. JOB PURPOSE Reporting to senior cadre - Lusaka province, the job holder shall make sure that all sorts of election violence is responsibly conducted by the cadres, that no arrests are made and that exit plans are provided for after successful election violence sessions.   QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Must be a Zambian citizen with a voters card and must be ready to join party to be mentioned on the day of the interviews. Holder of a very bad Grade twelve (12) or  Grade nine (9) certificate with experience of one general election and atleast three Bi-elections. Applicants who participated in Mufumbwe or, and Chilanga constituency Bi- elections have an added advantage At least have some evidence of having participated in violence, either a scar on the face or a blood stained matchete. Must be able to insult in more than three (3) local languages. Past criminal or arrest records will be an added advantage. Must possess good anti-personal skills. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Compose songs with intimidating words that can bring about wrangles. Command for violence whenever the undesired party is winning an election. Mobilise local brews to make sure all the participating youths are drunk beyond reasoning for maximum misbehaving to be achieved.
