"The Ministry of Labour and Social Security recently introduced an online portal www.zambiajobportal.gov.zm. This is aimed at linking job seekers and employers. The Job Portal allows job seekers to register and upload curriculum vitae while employers will also register to post job vacancies from their respective organization. The portal also has a facility which will automatically match job vacancies with the qualifications and experience of the job seekers. They system is meant to make recruitment of staff very easy and transparent. The government’s aim is to reduce unemployment caused by lack of information. The job portal is a public website therefore it will offer free services."
In addition to this the Ministry has also upgraded its website www.mlss.gov.zm with a wealth of information for both employers and employee including an on line complaint form for the aggrieved employees …..
